It’s not easy when the whole world judges you without getting to know you and I want to show the world that I am, truly, just a misunderstood man who made a few, tiny mistakes. But everyone makes mistakes, folks. Try not judge a book by its cover, or a man by his moustache if you will. I want to show you the real me. “But why a musical?” I hear you cry! Well, truth is folks, I feel that the medium of musical theatre is the perfect way for me to express my feelings. Some of my own personal heroes include Kurt Weill, Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim and I can truly connect with the art form to communicate my own true self. I love to sing with a warble in my voice and the truth in my heart. I’m like a modern day Judy Garland, only with better facial hair. My musical will show that I’m just a simple, bohemian who became disillusioned. Come see the spectacle, listen to the facts and walk away with a spring in your step. Hitler! The Musical, showing at Gryphon Venues from 8th-20th August (not on for the full run, I’m afraid – I can’t stay in one place for too long, you know, the Gestapo might catch up with me).
